Laura Zorc is a highly respected and national figure in the conservative grassroots movement. She is known for her unwavering commitment to school board and education reform, protecting individual freedoms, and advocating for limited government. With a background in education leadership and a passion for ensuring a high-quality education for all, she has made significant contributions to the field of education. As the former Vice President of Programs at FreedomWorks, Laura played a key role in national advocacy aimed at empowering parents and students, promoting school choice, and advocating for policies that prioritize individual liberty and limited government intervention in education.
Laura's experience as a Florida school board member for a four-year term, including two years as chairman, provided her with valuable insights into education policy at both the local and state levels. Her involvement in Governor Rick Scott's Education Committee further expanded her understanding of education reform. In addition to her work in education advocacy, Laura has held various state and national leadership positions, demonstrating her dedication and expertise in grassroots activism.

Amy Carney brings a wealth of experience and a hands-on approach to her role as Chairman, providing a unique perspective to the organization. Her passion for restoring education in America was evident during her time as the Deputy Director of Building Education for Students Together. Building on her commitment, she successfully ran for a seat on the school board in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she is currently serving a 4-year term.
As a mother of six, Amy understands the importance of intentional parenting and actively engages with moms and dads on this topic. Her advocacy work extends beyond parenting, as she is also an accomplished author of the book "Parenting with a Purpose," empowering parents not only in Arizona but across the country. Amy's involvement in the American City County Exchange (ACCE) Executive Committee further enhances her expertise in local governance, contributing to her well-rounded approach.

Dr. Hiltz holds a BS and MBA in Management, along with an Ed.D. in Leadership Studies. Her extensive experience includes serving as an elected Virginia School Board member, Planning and ‘Zoning Commissioner, and Community College Advisory Board member. Additionally, she is an accomplished author, having written two books titled "The Apple Report" and "The Case for Choice-One Size Fits All".
Dedicated to public service, Dr. Hiltz's career spans the US Navy, Federal Procurement, and teaching business courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. She actively serves and advises local and non-profit organizations, including SBMA and ASCF, and remains involved in community groups, campaigns, and various committees.
