In order to reverse decades of decline in the US educational system, it is crucial to work together. We are dedicated to providing all stakeholders with a P.L.A.C.E. to actively participate in making a positive impact, with a focus on putting students first.
Through our five pillars—Professional Development, Leadership, Advocacy, Collaboration, and Ed Entrepreneurship we aim to elevate educational standards and create optimal learning environments for all students.
1. We believe that every child in America deserves a quality education that prepares them for a successful future, whether they choose a vocational, military service, direct entry into the workforce, or college.
2. We believe that parents are the primary educators of their children and should have the sole discretion in their upbringing

2. We believe that parents are the primary educators of their children and should have the sole discretion in their upbringing within a safe and secure environment.
3. We believe that education tax dollars purpose should be to provide students with a core, unbiased education in essential subjects, ensuring a solid foundation in reading, arithmetic, science, and American history.
4. We believe that school board officials should be accountable to the students and families they were elected to serve, ensuring that every tax dollar is directed toward educating students rather than creating a top-heavy bureaucratic system that is disconnected from the classroom.
5. We believe in a limited government that empowers families and communities to determine the direction and education of their student population.
6. We believe that students should not be trapped in underperforming government schools when quality and safety are compromised due to a system that fails to meet their children's educational and safety needs.
7. We believe in the American way and that competition fosters an improved quality in education; therefore, accountability must exist through educational freedom, allowing families to choose a learning environment that meets their students' needs.
